The role of Channel Sales Manager is to be a trusted advisor to our corporate clients, adding value to the business with Aqtra Low-code Platform. You will play a critical role in customer engagement to provide our best practices to quickly realize the value of our solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver results for clients and our business.
  • Customer acquisition.
  • Inspiring customer loyalty by becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Identification and formation of strong champion clients.
  • Understanding client decision making and organizational structure.
  • Guide the client through their own customer journey using best practices and expert advice.
  • Deliver true value to customers.
  • Be an expert in change management best practices.
  • Identifying and Defining Successful Deployment Strategies.
  • Continually learn about new features and functionality of the platform and how they create value for the customer.
  • Coordination with the sales department and expert services on expansion and renewal issues.
  • Advocate for changes in the way other departments work and collaborate with them to implement them.
  • Help create a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Education and experience
  • Proven track record of implementing, upgrading, and expanding with corporate accounts.

  • A strong technical background and the ability to purposefully explain how technology adds business value to a variety of stakeholders with different business responsibilities.

  • Experience and understanding of the application development lifecycle preferred.

  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex situations, develop action plans, and lead a cross-functional team towards key goals.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills at an executive level.

  • Fosters and maintains a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

  • Creative, resourceful, attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Analytical and performance-oriented work style.

  • A self-starter that thrives on uncertainty in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Passion for constantly learning new technologies and the ability to bring value to the client.

  • Over 5 years experience in customer service, consulting or sales with corporate clients.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
