About role
This role is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing IT company at an early stage of commercialization and play an important role in making decisions that shape the future of disruptive low-code technology. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, this position is a key position responsible for driving sales of the Aqtra Platform, which both forces outdated offerings and opens the door to previously impossible low-code use cases.

The SaaS Sales and Business Development role will draw on first-hand knowledge of customers and ecosystems to drive the development of use cases that support revenue growth. Compensation is structured with significant variable upside potential. Candidates should have experience and skills in developing initial channels for early-stage revenue generating companies while managing sales processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a reliable flow of opportunities and establish long-term business relationships with partners and clients that are of strategic importance for Aqtra Platform software products
  • Create processes for effective collaborative business planning and implementation with partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success for optimal revenue timing.
  • Manage customer expectations for a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Expand and leverage customer ecosystem relationships in the edge computing marketplace.
  • Build effective relationships with industry partners, channels and distributors.
  • Manage monthly forecasting, sales opportunities, and account business plans.
Education and experience
  • Higher education, experience in business development and software sales from 5 years.

  • Practical experience in selling similar SaaS solutions.

  • Proven track record of successfully growing and exceeding revenue targets for new industry solutions.

  • Experience with pricing strategies and channel economics.

  • Experience building alliances and negotiating deals.

  • Able to show creativity and resourcefulness when making deals.
